The long awaited craft room is FINALLY DONE!!! :) I can now breathe and work in there without going insane! :)
There are still a few things I would like to do to it, but those can come later.
And here it is.....drum roll!!!!.......
TA DA!!!
(Sorry the pictures are horrible, I could not find my camera so I had to take them with my phone)
This is my sewing table right next to the beautiful sunshine!!
it will eventually be painted soon! :)
Bottom shelf: I used Pampers boxes and covered the front of them with pretty fabric to store my fabrics. The Tupperware on the side is where I put my scraps.
Top Shelf: I took two banker boxes and cut them and painted the outside pink to store my paints and craft papers/sewing patterns. I also took a Gerber formula jar and wrapped it with pretty scrap book paper to store my paint brushes. A Huggies wipe container to store my odds and ends, such as my glue gun. I also have my spools of tulle on this shelf.
This is the wall I finished a while back. I just added two tension rods to store my ribbons.
This is my table where I iron and measure and also now where my easel is for me to paint. I also bought a cork board at the Hospice Store awhile back and painted the frame pink and covered the cork with white fabric, added a ribbon and hung it up! :) I also found two more canisters and just covered them with pretty scrap book paper to store my scissors and fabric pens.
The box underneath the table is my "trash can" ha!!
The lamp shade on the table is for Ainsley's room. Its an incomplete project.
Here is where Ainsley's hang's out while I work and a couple of tutu's I recently made.
AND the other corner where the ironing board sits. I eventually want to figure out some way to hang my iron up on that wall, along with my glue gun. The white basket on the floor in the corner is where I put all my felt and interfacing.
And that is it!! I am so happy with how it came out!! I can finally start working on things now!! :)
looking good!
