Good or Bad News?

During this time off from the store, I have had a lot of time to think about things. For instance, I knew I wanted to get a new look for the shop. I also knew that I wanted to figure out a direction. 

The whole reason I started the store was because I was making little girl boutique style dresses. I loved the designing process and just making them made me feel such a sense of accomplishment. 

Then I went on to adding in shoes because, well lets face it. No one can resist little baby shoes! 

Then I decided since my sister had a little boy that I should add little boy products. 

This is where I got lost. 

I lost my focus on the whole reason I started the shop. I started it to make dresses. Dresses for my little girl. And to share my dresses with the world. 

I mean I am a one woman show here. I realized that I can not really handle so many different products.

So, I write all of this to say that I will no longer be making shoes or little boy products. 

I am sorry to those who are disappointed. However, always know that if you know me personally or are a family member I would always of course make you something for the little guy in your life! They just wont be a part of Life's Little Details shop. 

Now who is excited about the reopening of the shop at the end of this month!? I know I am! :)
